Claim to have attempted delivery. Utter rubbish. All of us were sat in the house . Disgusting service!

Delay after delay

Still waiting for a delivery they say they attempted on Friday and then again on Saturday 1st Oct. We where at home ,in a small house where you can hear the knocking at the front door !!! They note to say leave in a safe place all leave at 4 different neighbours . Just would like my parcel . Next step contacting suppler of the parcel !!!

Absolutely dreadful, how people still use them as a delivery service is beyond me.

It’s says my parcel was delivered but no parcel was delivered to my address

I ordered on eBay been shipped , by Hermes.but when I type tracking number , on herms website it said. Been delivered, Which I haven’t received it

Attempted delivery.......really? I was by my door most of the day...no knock...just a message that an Attempt was made. Rubbish....now it seems to be lost.
