Terrible service. Hermes reckon they tried twice to deliver on the evening of the expected date but I was in and there was no knock on the door. Trying to find when the delivery would take place was impossible as the Web page is useless and the 3 different telephone numbers didn't answer.

Terrible service, doesn't deliver but sends updates and leaves notes with imaginary locations..

Can’t even be bothered to fill in the sorry I missed you card left in the letter box. No clue as to what have been delivered or where. Hopeless as always

Cannot fault my local delivery driver, left in stated safe location and actually arrived earlier than expected.

Expecting a parcel, delivery never attempted, parcel being returned to sender. WTF...... Not the first time, one of the worst carriers around.

They said they attempted to deliver yesterday but guess what.. I was home all day and no one knocked my door! Ive had the worst experience every time I was expecting a delivery from this courier.

Awful, my parcel has been stuck for a week now. Worst delivery firm ever.

Where I live we buy a lot off eBay or online and every time Hermes deliver to us it’s always the same they either stockpile our parcels to deliver together or there always arriving late. The tracking never gives any information as to why. With the reviews they have I’m surprised they are still being used absolutely shambolic service.

Absolutely THE WORST non functional organisation I've ever come across. Words can't express my disappointment.
