Hermes advised they had tried to deliver.. wierd that never showed up on my camera.Worst service ever..They are continually awful.Good at something at least

Told they attempted delivery… no they didn’t I have been in the house for the last 48 hours…… when challenged I was told the box with a dog bed in it was too large & heavy for the courier….. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I received message from Hermes stating I'd receive package on 28th September then the 29th then the 30th, I've now checked again & apparently it's still at their hub wherever that is still being processed. 3 days I've wasted waiting infor them. For a while they had improved but they're back to being sloppy again. Definitely need to get their information right.

Ordered something for my daughters birthday and was told the parcel would arrive by the the 27/09/22. Tracked the parcel and it’s still says it’s Entered the Hermes network since the 27/09/22. Daughters birthday is over and I’m fuming. Many thanks for nothing Hermes.

Hermes claim they have tried to deliver on Wednesday 28th. They didn't! Said they would deliver next day. They didn't. Tracking details not changed since Wednesday. Hopeless company! Still waiting.

My parcel has been at the hub since Monday for processing, it’s now Friday and still the same message been given. A sloth could process it quicker!
