Worst service no updates since order made been 5 days now

I ordered an item from ebay 30th August. I still havent recieved it. I've just looked on the tracking and the date says 2nd Sept, intact the date is actually 30th Sept. I was supposed to have recieved it by the 5th Sept. Your rubbish service has impacted on the seller at ebay too as I've asked for a refund. My daughter needs this item for school.

Awfull company,been waiting in all day for delivery,due to the fact they rescheduled delivery,tracking say they are running late but will still deliver today. That was yesterday...

12 days and counting, so still no update. It's about time somebody closed down this shady outfit. 0 stars if I could!!

Impossible to contact

I have received many deliveries from Hermes over the years, but the last one, a couple of weeks back was disturbing. The box was damaged but when I pointed this out to the delivery person, he responded aggresively, "So what! You'll have to take that up with your supplier." Ignoring my protestation that the contents might be damaged, he stalked off. I was shocked and really dread that I might have to deal with him again.

I have sent a parcel well within the size and the weight allowance, adding signature option (payed over £6),which later didn’t happen but they sent me an invoice later for underpayed parcel. When challenged there is no reply! Never again!!!

This is the worst service ever. The shipment should have been delivered to me without a delivery notification. And I learned that only after I received a message from Amazon. They say I wasn't at home. But I was!!!! I am after surgery. I sit at home all day. And so I wait for the next day. I don't know when they are supposed to arrive or if they will even deliver the package today. It's not the first time this has happened to me. I once waited 4 days!!!! And I was at home again for days. No one was here!!!!

Thanks to the girl who got my parcel when I saw her yesterday and ask to look for it she deserves 5stars

Cant understand why it takes 4 days to sort at your hub. Joke

No information on which house it was delivered too. parcel now lost

The worst delivery company ever. Guy’s do a proper training with your drivers and told them if they have some difficulties finding the customer address to call the customer because we are waiting for what we ordered but on the same time, their wages are paid be us. I’m telling you something we pay when we make the order not when we receive the parcel and is not normal to have this kind of stress just because you are not doing your job properly.
