What a bunch of liers. They reckon they attempted to deliver my parcel ( 2 days late), I was here but they weren't. If I didn't have to put a rating they wouldn't get one. Worst delivery firm I've found. Why do people still use these idiots ?. One pi₩#ed off costumer.

Would be 0 stars but that's not an option... According to the app my ltd Ed item was delivered to a 'safe location' (Against my chimney breast in the open) on Monday, no card through the door, no text, no email. Was pointed out today (Wednesday) by a delivery driver from another brown van driving service.... So 2 nights out in the pouring rain. Box practically destroyed with rain and the contents sodden... Thanks you useless idiots...

Totally rubbish service. Parcels never arrive on time, total cowboy operation. This place deserves 0 stars.

To be honest I wouldn't even give them one star. Everytime I buy something off eBay and it says Hermes has got your parcel I feel like breaking down and crying as I know I'm never going to receive it

"Delivered to a safe place"? No photos provided of this "safe place" and no option to speak an actual person, utterly shocking company!!!

Hermes have got to be the absolute worst delivery/courier service in the UK with Evri in joint place, Although as I understand they are one and the same. Each and every time I've had the misfortune of them delivering a package not only have they failed to deliver on the initial delivery date, they have also had the audacity to blame me for being unable to make delivery. When infact the courier made absolutely no attempt to make the delivery. They didn't ring my intercom to gain access to my building nor did they knock my door. Also I have to waste a whole day just incase they do decide they can be bothered to come because they can not provide an estimated delivery time slot until the package is out for delivery. When they have finally turned up they ha e on more than one occasion dumped the package on my doorstep of a communal landing without making any effort to knock the door to alert me or wait to see if I'm in and the expensive package is god forbid safe and secure. To top it all off it is absolutely impossible to talk to a human or ask a question that isn't to the handful of options they provide. This way there is no way whatsoever for us to hold them accountable or to receive even a basic level of customer service or satisfaction. They don't care about the customer or standard of service they provide b3cause if you are unable to complain then it appears a good job is being done. It's ridiculous that courier companies have no proper regulatory body leaving them free to operate as they wish. They will always obtain the big contracts simply because they can undercut 90% of firms and they sub contract the work out to smaller companies whilst keeping all the profits.

Parcel is now a week and a half late - no update of any sort other than ‘we’ll get it to you tomorrow’. It’s been 11 tomorrows
