It says delivery by today its updated to say they have it but still says by today and it's not.

They said they attempted to deliver on the 25th me and my husband where in all day and now its saying its coming today (27th September) but I don't have a time slot and no updates at all

They have been rubbish every time i've had the misfortune of having someone use them.

They left my parcel with neighbours and did not leave any card for me that it's with neighbours. I found out when I received email by ebay that it's been delivered complained to ebay item not received after so much hassle got courier number and found that it's with neighbours. Welldone courier boy giving me chance to solve the mystery.

Terrible company no communication loose you parcel or damage ?

Absolutely rubbish delivery service…suppose to have next day delivery still nothing… if you can’t provide a service then don’t say you can…. Using yodel and DPD they are very reliable

Useless drivers. Don’t speak english. I have asked a driver to wait few seconds through ring doorbell and when i get to the door he was gone.

I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. Parcel hasn't been scanned since it was collected, so is officially lost. How utterly useless can a courier company be? Incompetent. Thankfully the seller who used them seems to know this and refunded me instantly. I would never use this company.

Hermes have tried to deliver parcel twice tracking says twice but they sent it back saying tried to deliver 3 times tracking proved it wrong. Also before left parcels outside by door on a main road and goes missing and don't get parcel or my money back they are useless and bunch of cowboys no one to talk to

Always problems with Hermes... I don't know why this company has not been banned yet!?!

I dont know why the deiver left it in a safe place when my wife was at the house waiting for the delivery. He should have at least tried knocking at our door or used the entry buzzer. Now i can't find my parcel, somebody might have gotten it from there. I don't know where is it.

I'd give this lot 0 stars if I could, my order was picked up a week ago and still has not arrived. Will be steering clear of vendors using Yodel or Hermes
