Was sent a message saying that they attempted delivery but I was out. I was in all day they said they had tried to deliver, checked outside camera and no sign of a van all day. They just can't be bothered to do the job they are paid for. Why Amazon use them is beyond me, utter rubbish!

Said the item was delivered to my back door or porch. These options aren’t available to someone at the front of the house so unsure where my parcel actually is actually located…

Rubbish sales parcel delivered before it had left the depot. Ten sales delivered to neighbour! What neighbour I was at home at the time of stated delivery. This parcel was not delivered!

Rubbish service. My parcel still at local depot for over 7 day's now. No delivery courier. Do not use.

Worst delivery company ever regardless of name change send everything to rugby national sorting hub sorts nothing and even if it being sent in the same county they still send it 300 miles to rugby which is a 4 day process all of its own in total10 days then some punk in his own car tosses in your garden no note nothing

No delivery timeline. Lazy drivers who claim attempted delivery. Impossible to communicate with. Appalling service every single delivery has issues.
