I wasn’t in for the delivery today so I left a large not on the door for them to leave it next door, cretins took it back and left a message saying they couldn’t deliver today as no one was at home, loads of safe places to leave it as well.

Don't understand why Amazon use this company, they are still the worst of the worst firm that I have ever encountered, particularly parcels going missing, I will complain to Amazon about this as I don't want any parcels delivered by Hermes or Avor. No stars ⭐ out of 5, useless bunch of chansers.

It takes this company forever to deliver the parcel that is to say if they don't lose it

Stated tried delivering no they never we was in noone knocked my door or my dog would of barked til I opened it

my order was supposed to be delivered three days ago and it still hasn't arrived, they changed the time twice that day and it still didn't work.

Still waiting for a parcel that has been in there depot for a mth now with no updates whatsoever absolutely ridiculous company

Most drivers are idiots, and every time Hermes delivers a package there is always a problem. I do not recommend it, avoid it from a distance.

I have checked since midday today and no parcel has been left in the entrance hall to my flat. There is no 'porch' and no truth in the message saying it was delivered at 12.25. I left a note on the front door and asked for it to be left on my windowsill as I have Covid and am isolating. Why say you've delivered it if you clearly haven't! Such poor service and I can't get to speak to someone on a free phone number. I'm not paying to find out where my parcel is?

My Hermes says left a parcel with a neighbour but no card has been left stating which neighbour and every house near me are saying it’s not with them I wouldn’t recommend my Hermes and won’t be using them myself

Absolute joke, lost items,now 7 late delivery's I was ment to have paint yesterday and it's still not here,need to speed up work and don't loose parcels try a different company like royal mail.

3 times in a row with different parcels we have had the message that something went wrong in transit! All have ofcourse resulted in delays. The 1st one (a large picnic cool box) arrived 6 weeks later!

The parcel was delivered but no comment or communication of were my parcel was left until logged on to hermes website. It was left in our coal bunker and is now wet and dirty...not great for expensive wallpaper. I'm not very happy with this.

My parcel as been at the hub since Tuesday it’s now Friday?!
