Slow delivery, speed up!

Lazy drivers. Very bad customer service, I was told the driver couldn't deliver my iterm because of the road closure which lead to my house. How are people in my street going for work and shopping? Why is Amazon and Royal mail delivering the parcels? Only Hermes can't get access.

How is that possible that U Hermes.. accepted the Parcel Last Friday, the 16th of Sept.. & IT LOOKS LIKE STILL.. "ON ITS WAY".. ?!?

Have been tracking my parcel to look again they said they tried to deliver but nobody was in and no secure place to leave parcel time was 5.58 apparently I was in and was at that time opening a parcel delivered by Amazon at the time and nobody came to my door and also no card put through letter box to say otherwise absolutely fuming it saying delivery will be attempted next working day so we will see as tomorrow is Friday

Amazon delivery still not received even though you collected it a week ago. Appalling service. Doesn't deserve any star rating.

Absolutely disgraceful service ive not recieved two parcels this week but both say delivered and apparently I signed for them even though apparently they were left on porch if I signed for something it wouldn't be left on the porch makes no sense what is actually going on ?

the most idiotic delivery drivers, leave the parcels at the door and leave, I lost a lot of parcels because of you, why don't you leave them with the neighbors, not at the door.

It's hit or miss with these wether you get your parcel or not

Said my parcel was delivered but the driver never put it through my door just took a picture from the outside of it

impressive the ability to not do the right thing this company has! a blank paper was left at my house to say that the product has returned! Now tell me, if the paper is blank how will I track my product? Lack of professionalism!
