As with many others, parcel was "lost" Local delivery staff are good but something is wrong with this business.

Should of been delivered a 7 days ago and still not arrived what a joke

I've had parcels from Hermes and they deliver them when it's good for them. And I worked with them and oh my god. And I'm having a part for my car being delivered by Hermes. And I wish it wasn't just hope it's not damaged and it's supost to come today. GOOD LUCK FOR THAT!!

Received a message an hour ago to advise parcel out for delivery and has just arrived. Driver friendly and quick delivery!

One size says they've received it, their site says they'll let me know when they get it, terrible tracking info

Evri said my parcel was delivered on 16th Sept but I didn't receive it and I can't get a response

They claim my parcel was delivered but it never arrived and I can't get a response from,Amazon,Evri and Hermes...absolute cowboys do not use them.

Re tracking number TOO29A0055194274 My parcel hasn't arrived and I'm being ignored by Evri and Amazon.I would have given a zero but the option didn't exist.

Left a blank sheet without any information. He/she did not leave the packages to the neighbors

Another expected delivery, another no show. Absolutely hopeless. My last order on Amazon as it's just too much hassle dealing with Hermes.

If I see an items being delivered by Hermes or Evri my heart sinks. They either don't deliver it or you get it when they feel like.

Very very poor service. They don't leave accurate information on the missed delivery card and there is no way to reach them on the phone. Bad services

Unable to find my address - but DPD, DHL, FedEx and just about every other company has no problem finding it. Impossible to get hold of customer services. Utterly awful company.

Lost my parcel and their customer server was no help! Now they’re holding my other item at the locker over due and I’m sure it’ll go ‘missing’ once more. Either the employees stealing packages or their system is flawed.
