Your delivery service is rubbish 4 days late now

Had my parcel since Sunday… it’s now Thursday and still no parcel and says they are waiting for dispatch when tracking… awful delivery service. Doesn’t give option for zero rating…

Said they tried to deliver even though we were in and the builders were on site. Promised re delivery next day. Day three and tracking says it is at depot

Told item would be collected yesterday between 2&4pm. Today told driver tried to collect at 1pm today. Ring doorbell disagrees. No one has been.

Very bad service and update about delivery

This service is absolutely unacceptable can't even deliver next day been 5 days now

it takes longer to arrive, not like the Royal mail and some drivers deliver to the wrong address resulting to loss of money and you wouldn't get refunded by eBay .

It said it tried to deliver but we was in and no one came Now I can’t get through to them to find out when it’s coming

They've had my package since the 14th (it is now 20th.). Today, I received an email telling me they just received my package and are "Processing it.". Over a week for what should be two day delivery . Rubbish 'service'.

I’m using the Herms for long time and I never had issues with any parcel. Everything is running fine till now.

Absolutely awful service, no parcel delivered yet after 10 days. Unfortunately there is no option to give you a ZERO rating!!

Awful service parcel I sent has not arrived though has according to their tracking but can’t talk to a person to resolve problem and when I use tracking number on automated phone it just says not recognised awful awful service thanks for losing my money and not helping at all to solve it

Delivery is two days late and not delivered yet
