Exceptionally incompetent company, never received my parcel, it was destroyed in transit by evri

Worst courier service you can imagine

This company is a joke, every single time there is problem with something

I dident receive my parcel

On Thursday said next working day which was Friday even though it was meant to come Tuesday and it's now Sunday and still haven't received my item looooooool you really need to sort this company out not change the name to evri because you have bad feedback

Joke of a service. I want to put 0 starts but can't. Please just close down and do us all a favour as you're a pointless company at this point

Birthday present now 4 days late, when was supposed to be delivered 8 days early from 40 miles away

Parcells never comes on time, or comes with 2-3 weeks delay completely damaged, when try to claim ont they just refuses all claims, crap company, don’t use them

Said delivered to secure location, no parcel and no card to say where it may be, looked everywhere. They always do this even when I’m in.

Hermes/Evri lost 1 package. The other quite expensive left on my doorstep. Have thrown 1 at my door previously, could've broken the contents not to mention causing me a fright when thrown at my door. I was in but threw the parcel knocked softly on door then ran off. Terrible terrible company. Hate receiving parcels from them.

Another late delivery, if it actually arrives,from this company. I had forgotten to check the courier service for the item and If I had seen it was hermes I would have chosen a different supplier. Score 1-10 my score would be -(minus) 10. Totally unreliable.

Not had my parcel

Received message stating package delivered and left in secure location, get back home no package and no idea where the secure location

Delivery supposed to be two weeks ago still waiting had other deliveries left at door or in bin even one thrown over the fence

I have not got my parcel and you are saying it was delivered
