Quite frankly I'm not impressed with Hermes one bit and from now on I will not be ordering anything that is going to be delivered by them again!

I didn't receive my parcel. Worst and annoying experience

Rubbish 2 day delivery 2 weeks!!!

Been waiting 6 days for delivery which Hermes said they had the parcel on Sunday the 11th September and would deliver the next delivery day. Tried to call but only got their computer voice. Tried to find email address but no luck. I have never known hermes be this bad seems to be only since evri took over. How on earth can you find out where a parcel is if you cant speak to a human person!!!

Terrible company to deal with. They say they attempted to deliver when they never even rang the doorbell. Been waiting on a parcel that should have been delivered 12 days ago and the tracking is still saying your parcel will be with us soon. The absolute worst delivery company ever. God knows why anyone gives them the time od day.

A poor service set up to make money not deliver a good service rule of thumb add at least two days onto their guaranteed delivery date

Ridiculous how is this company still allowed to deliver parcels!! They drive around select they have delivered and keep our parcels and we are the ones that have to struggle to prove we haven't received them, this company is an utter joke!!! We need stop this company from stealing our parcels and money!!! Shame on you Hermes!!!!!!!!

My first parcel im still waiting for the second one came first hope to get it tomorrow should update your site a bit more show people where thier stuff is

Had my parcel for 2 weeks, still no attempt to deliver

Note left for delivery attempt but completly blank. Got told another attempt couldnt be made on the day I enquired. Only for same day it to change to I accepted my parcel when I havnt. Neighbours havnt had it and was probably left on doorstep on a main road to get stolen.

The worst courier company I ever deal with it. Lazy to drop parcels better thick no one to receive!!!

Never come to the right time at all

Worst delivery company ever they have lost 3 of my parcel they a thief and lie about delivering your parcel

My parcel got re-routed and took longer to arrive. Hermes is possibly the worst courier out there and it surprises me people still use it. Never ever had a parcel arrive on time with them!! Do not use Hermes!!
