Still waiting for a parcel. Expected 12th September. Have tracked every day. Said still at the delivery office. Todays just checked. They said they tried to deliver Saturday 10th but property empty. Strange as my day off. In all day. No note through door. ?‍♀️

Delivery is terrible no proper explanation of where my parcel is, very poor service

Still waiting for my order I brought it in July and still NOT arrived.

I feel had to write this as it's the 3rf time I have had problems, order something I needed urgently 47 hours delivery, they picked parcel up from seller but on tracking it is.still in the depot, and as I said this was really important for me to recieve today, never use them they are the worse delivery service you could find, it's only Hermes I ever have problems with, wish the seller did not use them

Wife waited in all afternoon, they claim they couldn't deliver, useless dont know why companies choose to use them

My package is "being processed" for about a week now, no other information, this vompany should be banned altogether, hermes needs renamed to turtle

Received a parcel today. I have a ring door bell. The delivery person did not attempt to ring the bell went straight to the box I put my rubbish in. Which by the way had rubbish bag in it. I did receive my parcel but so unprofessional

The worst experience ever. 2 separate packages sent by separate vendors. None is delivered and in fact one package is 5days late and the second 2days late. Still no update as to when I’d receive my package.

Left order outside door we where in all day no door knocking or ringing bell we got a photo later saying order dilevered but when we went to door it had been stolen withing half of hour of them placing the parcel nearly 40 pounds worth of cat food stolen only people that can get in are residents to the flat which at the time where 4 only key fob entry

The delivery says delivery Thursday before 8pm when it had arrived Tuesday, good job I was in.

A delivery company that does not deliver

they were supposed to pick up my order from the seller 6 days ago and it was supposed to arrive yesterday, they only picked it up from the seller today

App telling me "tracking number not found" and customer has not recieved yet (13/9/22)....parcel was posted "next day service" on 25/8/22....worse company ever !!!.....STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Frequently don't receive my item or its apparently left by my fence or gate which is about 50 meters from my front door..needles to say often nothing is there when I get there.
