Worst courier going. I dont know why people use Hermes. I'll never use them to send anything, but I get some parcels delivered to me by them and they are not good at all.

Disgusting service Their courier collected the parcel from the sender 5 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered despite £16 postal charge

Well I must say ordered my package on 24th July and still no parcel do tracking number and says expecting your package soon like hell you are you have lost it well done useless company in my eyes

Their drivers are stealing expensive items on postage. I have lost many items

Parcel lost ...received from parcel and entered network..reached sorting hub .....gone...obviously some light fingered operative has a nice new watch...don't use hermes

7th of September parcel delivered to delivery hub got email stating it will be delivered next working day still nothing delivered this company needs investigating

It claims my package is delivered “to a safe place” with no indication where that is. Going to have to check each neighbour’s house to hopefully find it. Ridiculous.

Just checked my tracking number to find out it was delivered and signed for at my address 4 days ago. Really, I was there and no delivery appeared. ?

Said they tried to deliver and would come back next day. Waited in all day. No show. Left note following day asking them to take it to pick up point. No card to say they came. Now on tracking info it said that they tried to deliver 3 times!!! ERRR.NO THEY DIDN'T!!! Can't work out who is most useless out of these imbeciles and Yodel!!! Where is my effing parcel??!!

I would give 0 if possible. We were at home and none knocked and or rang the bell. Parcel was left outside the door for a whole day getting wet for the rain. Thanks Hermes

Tracking says delivered but no parcel received absolute joke

This is an utter useless service was due parcel on 2weeks ago says on tracking at hub being processed then they say 24-48 hours be delivered but they no delivery still says at hub being processed so either they lost it or its been damage/nicked I've had no issues in past but seems this firm have gone down hill I'd steer away from this firm reviews don't look that good tbh

Im waiting my parcel already 3 weeks. On ebay was saying free 3 day delivery?‍♀️. Bloody hell when you will closing down??? ?????
