Showing as delivered through door yet no attempt at delivery was made. Now having to chase up where it actually is!

Good evening. I did not receive the order H00URA0000076299. It is not the first time that HERMES has not delivered my packages. Please send me the order or I will file a complaint with the police. Thanks.

They never knocked on the door or rang the bell when I was in! They just left a note saying they tried to deliver.

Still waiting for an update….parcel went out Friday. Their tracking stopped updating Saturday. Still no parcel…. and no further updates. It’s now Thursday. Worst delivery company ever

Parcel was meant to be delivered by 5th Sept but got sent to wrong hub so it's the 7th Sept but no delivery date on tracking worst company ever

Worst courier company on the planet.

This is the worst delivery service. They say they have attempted to delivery but have no prove of it. If you live in a apartments they you have no chance of getting your delivery on time. Don’t use them.

Got order stolen from me when I approached the couple who were delivering in my Area I saw my Order in the boot of there car of course they denied it and said that it was for another customer it was 100% my order ,I had already received a refund so I notified company of the theft ,they said a lot of there orders get stolen .
