Always an excuse, always losing parcels

Worst delivery company ever. Parcel never coming on time.

Not a good courier always late in delivering, actually im awaiting item yesterday but did not arrive while they received last Aug. 30. 2022. It's weekend again, need to wait monday or tuesday, hopefully.

I have had many a parcle delivered by this company and have never had any issues until the other day I was waiting on a parcle to be delivered and u was in all day and no parcle arrived bit it was saying it had been delivered it wasn't till I put my bin out the next day I found the parcle behind it there was no instruction for it to be left anywhere there certainly wasn't a knock at the door I fail to understand as to why a delivery person would do this I will think twice in the future when ordering and whe there nominated couriers are in the future I won't be so quick to defent them on their service

Looking at all the bad reviews we seem to be very lucky in our village. We have a brilliant couple of couriers. Very friendly and efficient. They know the safe places where to leave the parcels if out, and are good at coming back for returns when they say they will

Said theyd left parcel with a neighbour but doesnr say which one. Absolutly shocking service. Hands down the worst delivery company in the UK why anyone uses them is beyond me.

Waited in qll day for delivery, even watched the driver dropping qt other doors in my street to get a we've had to reschedule notice at 6pm

Terrible company a load of rubbbish

Poor Ebay seller three delivery days quoted not one date kept , use these bunch of monkeys at your peril , going to cost sell £200 , hermes have no contact they dont give a crap
