Says parcel was delivered but it wasn't. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Would give no star if possible

Not even delivered to my house poor service

Wasn’t even delivered to my house and I don’t even have a porch as stated where they left it!!!

I ordered a makeup eyeshadow pallete that came fully bubble wrapped several times but somehow I open it as the mirror is deeply smashed and my eyeshadows are all broken. I then find on the lid that the been a massive indent like someone's just stood on it. There's no way that makeup pallete would've broke from being in moving vehicles. This was stomped on by careless individuals. Never mind the fact that the glass could've gone into the eyeshadows that I wouldve been transferring onto my eyelids!!

Ordered Monday from amazon, was dispatched Monday, and due to arrive Wednesday, that changed to Friday, and amazon updated to Friday by 8pm. Came on here to check tracking to find it had updated on Friday at 5.42pm as getting sorted at senders local depot. And not updated since, the week previous I ordered Monday due Wed same again changed to Fri, and was updated as "undeliverable" and I'll be getting a refund. Useless company. Companies need to stop using them

Tried to talk to someone but all I got was a computer. Then said I had to pay to talk to a human!!!

Terrible delivery. Always late or lost. Left outside in rain.....

Terrible company! Absolutely joke!!! Never again please, sellers open your eyes and don't send our staf with them! I've never received my item?

Rubbish courier company. Lost my parcel even when I wrote to the ceo he was unable to get his staff to locate it. If you're waiting for a parcel from Hermes forget it
