They have had my parcel since 26 May, when tracking it just says on hold. Can't speak to anyone

Absolutely shocking. Ordered parcel was set out same day with tracking number had email from this dreadful company saying they had it and it was being sorted that was 2 weeks ago. Tried phoning but couldn’t speak to anyone as it said my tracking number was wrong. I contacted company who contacted Hermes and they were told it would be delivered, but never was. I contacted them again and they were told they had never received my parcel!

Cannot stand this company!! Would give zero stars if possible as they're incredibly incompetent! My heart drops every time I'm expecting a package and I see the seller has sent it through this company as I know 9/10 I'm not getting my package and if I manage to complain to an actual person, they have the nerve to blame the seller who sent it!!! How about hermes start taking responsibility for their own incompetence??!! They should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

I haven't received my parcel, a blank form was put through my door. Tried to contact the customer services, courier. Absolute joke, I can't find a word in the English dictionary, what think of your service that you provide or don't provide. I'll you use your imagination.......

Last week a parcel was left on the wall, outside number 1( I'm number 7) luckily my neighbour spotted it and recognised my name and brought it to me. Am now waiting on another parcel that should have arrived two days ago.

The driver managed to deliver to the wrong address and because it says delivered the sender is taking hermes word its been delivered, not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time hermes has done this and they constantly get away with it, making us look like we are trying to steal
