I have entered a tracking number into Hermes tracker and it says my parcel has been delivered however I have NOT received my parcel and it seems impossible to contact them to discuss the matter. Contact numbers are not correct and when I finally did get 1 to work I got a automated message to enter my tracking number but it didn't recognize I was trying to say A but it kept picking up E and when it didn't recognize what I was saying for the 4th time I was cut off ??? absolutely useless ??? I would have left 0 stars if I could

The worst parcel delivery company on this planet even if I lived next door to them they wouldn’t be able to get it right

Wondering how this company can exist?? Sent a parcel by next working day delivery! Still with them after 3 working days the parcel still in the hub!! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE SENDING A PARCEL WITH THEM!!! YOU DON'T NEED THIS TROUBLE!!!

New name, same rubbish service. Every time I'm sent a parcel with them my parcel goes missing.

Got a problem with every delivery,last time saw courier,from my window, out of my flat Just staying there and putting i wasnt at home,without even use intercom.worse delivery Company ever,deserved zero stars.

Without doubt, the worst parcel delivery company in the UK. Every time I see its heroes that is delivering my goods I know it will either be late or not arrive at all

My parcel thrown over security fence onto gravel. Luckily only outer box was damaged and items weren’t fragileDriver claim delivered and left in ‘secure’ place. Seller claimed delivery all ok and took no responsibility. 1 week later my neighbour had exact same experience and result !! No phone calls or any attempt by driver to contact either of us on both occasions. Absolute rubbish. I don’t think rebranding will change company customer relations.

It was not possible to leave 0 stars. My parcel was ment to be delivered Friday.. no parcel.. then Saturday.. no parcel.. you get the gist . Still waiting but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Horrendous company!!

Parcel collected same day and sent on next day service. Still hasn't arrived 10 days later. No updates, it's just disappeared into their warehouse. Awful service. Pity I can't give minus stars.

The worst delivery company ever. Not in? No problem, they will happily throw it over your garden wall infront of everyone. No matter how expensive your delivery is ?
