Wish there was an option for NO STAR Payed for next day delivery 2 weeks after Nothing arrived .

Absolutely terrible. Leaving food parcels that say on it that it Is food, out in the sun when there's clear shaded spots to leave it but also, not even knocking on the door!

Missed a parcel,left card with no details wrote on it. Every time I check tracking it says will deliver next working day,I'm still waiting a week on.

If I could leave no stars I would. They said they delivered my parcel but I hadn't been delivered as there was someone at the property all day and nothing was delivered. Tried to call to get answers and I couldn't even get through to actually talk to someone

Item not arrived now 3 days overdue

Tracking seems quite dodgy. Not too happy . Unable to speak to a human. Think the computerised chat bot is useless. Needs some serious improvement this company.

Whenever I get a message from a supplier informing me that my package will be delivered by Hermes i am always disappointed with the news. The amount of excuses I receive for late and failed deliveries is beyond a joke. Unfortunately I have no say in the matter about who delivers my goods but I only wish I could.

Package never delivered and said it was signed for by me. That is a lie.

Iv been waiting for my delivery which should have been on Friday but for some reason my delivery was not delivered to me and I am still waiting for it and all the website is saying is it is due for delivery today and that was two days ago and then it should of been delivered on Saturday which is today and I am still waiting for it so I'm thinking that they have lost it so I can't see that I'm going to receive it at all now so I'll be getting intouch with the sender to get them to get me a nother one sent out but hopefully they won't send it with hermes again

Was waiting on parcel from Amazon. Checked status said it was delivered 3 days ago and left in a secure place that’s it. Asked neighbours but no one had it finally found it in a bin outside my property after having to remove all the contents from the bin( the parcel was small enough to post through letter box)

It said package was delivered through my letterbox, if it was delivered it wasn't at my address.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered 17/06/2022 but no then it was supposed to be 18/06/2022 but get a text to say sorry its now been held up, disgraceful couriers just lately. Now got to wait till Monday. This was posted especially so I got it Fri 17th June 2022 will not be using again

Terrible company. Stayed in two days for a delivery. No one buzzed or knocked on door and yet they were unable to deliver twice as no one at home. Absolute rubbish. No idea where they find these delivery guys
