The most terrible service I've ever experienced. Paid for next day delivery so far has been two months. Now all the tracking information has disappeared and they deny ever having it.

My order said it will arrive before 8pm on the 23rd June and never came and I'm still waiting

Was met to reserve my parcel on the 23rd of June n never got it. It said on Amazon arriving by 8PM today n never got it

Never got my order said they try to deliver it but i was up n it never came at all Nat happy with this place

Wish I could give a zero star rating! Unable to speak to a human to find out where my parcel is, crap company

My parcel appears to be missing, you’ve sent it to the wrong depot, not a very good standard of service.

This deliver service is shocking said it would be here by 15th it’s 22nd paid extra for delivery too

Never in time and always ready with vague lies and excuses. Rubbish company ‘customers service’.

Omg I'm panicking ordered a banana parasol from amazon then realised hermes was delivering it was supposed to get my parcel today before 8 its 10 past 7 and status still showing not out for delivery had I had known my parcel was being delivered by hermes I would never have bought 3 parcels now hermes have said they have delivered but I've never received any of them I messaged the seller from amazon straight away once I new hermes was delivering I'm now in panic mode please please seller's don't use hermes as your customers won't buy from you again as they are not garenteed there goods

I wish there was an option to pick no stars hermes are horrendous every time I get a delivery via hermes it never arrives this is the 3rd time now no parcel

Absolutely allfull service

I haven't had no problems with Hermes! I also got to know my local Hermes delivery driver who is actually lovely.

Horrendous service. I now know to expect not to receive a parcel of a vendor uses Hermes. Now on the third missing and they really don’t care
