Tracking states my package is at the hub and that was Friday 24/06 and still nothing. Maybe changed their name but standards are still Hermes level very very poor indeed!!?? The sender is paying for the service they cannot provide and should fold as a company, start again and take a long hard look at themselves because they cannot provide a decent service. When it finally arrives they’ll probably throw it over the fence as per usual. They’ve done that twice and once my parcel was marked fragile (joke I know) bit like the company!!!

Says they have delivered my parcel yesterday and signed for. When nothing has been delivered nore has it been signed for. Worst service there is this mob.... Forging signatures!! and not doing what they are so supposed to do!

Missed delivery on Saturday, today is Wednesday and still waiting for second attempt to deliver. Calling card left with mo info apart from barcode which show error message when scanned or code input. Product website message is "Out for delivery but running late" this is since Monday. ?

Courier knows our routine and where to leave parcels if no one is at home and always drops a card to let us know he's been. All ok.

Had a delivery today which is stated that it had been left with a neighbour. I went round all the neighbours and no parcel has been left. No card has been posted through my door with any location or door number of my neighbour. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE WHEN IT COMES TO PARCEL DELIVERIES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE!

Would give zero out of five if allowed to. Exceptionally bad, and the worst courier service I have ever had. No updates on parcel pro-actively given, so you have to keep checking with their tracking number. At first I was told I would receive my single package (just a coiled hosepipe) by 24/06/22, and then by 8p.m. on 25/06/22. Now on 27/06/22, the message is that it will be here “soon.” Appalling, and given that this is only one item, I suspect that it is lost in their system. I will have to cancel the order. I won’t order again from the company involved until they switch to a different supplier. I have literally just received a whole bathroom suite in less time than this non-delivery of a hosepipe has taken. Appalling.

A joke of a company. No one to contact if item goes missing. Waste of space wouldn't pay them in washers. Never again
