Ordered some motorcycle boots, been stuck now for 2 weeks and they don’t bother responding to emails.

Shocking service van never even came on my road never mind to my door have camera footage for proof and it says they attempted to deliver

Parcel sent by to by my niece on 24th June payed for next day delivery but to date l still haven't received it

Said been deleived in at.my.safe place ... so shot home home... nothing there..... but funny.think is they sent picture of me.safe.place.with nonparcel there ... now I gettin messed around as.i.lost my.parcel and money.... and best thing in there messages they admitting they.lost it ... any help from.anyone hownto.resolve this please

If I could give 0⭐️ I would. Our local courier, Jordan, never turns up on the right day or right time. He regularly rearranges deliveries or says we were out when we have been sat at the door waiting and he never actually turned up at all. It's appalling. I don't know why anybody uses this company for deliveries.

Terrible. Tracking says they are waiting for parcel to arrive at facility. That was 24/06 and hasn’t changed??

Absolutely terrible. 21st june hermes received parcel. 30th june I still haven't received it. No contact numbers to speak to someone Absolutely disgusting service. Will never use again and will advice ebay sellers not to use either

First of all the app tells me they have tried 3 times to deliver my parcel on 29/6/22 in all day parcel never arrived. Today they say ( 30/6/22 ) out for delivery, no parcel has arrived. Will never use this company again, appalling service

Said they had attempted to deliver my parcel yet I was in. That was the 28th it’s now the 30th fuming isn’t the word

Should have had my parcel yesterday tracking is rubbish times dont add uo will never order anything else off ebay with courier delivery this one said royal mail 48hrs or i wouldnt have ordered it contacting sellers now not to use hermes or evra all rubbish that lies would put no stars rate but not possible
