Never ever buy again from Wowcher and Hermes

Should of had a parcel delivered by Tuesday 28th June now Wednesday 5th July still no sign of parcel Useless service

Ordered a parcel from Amazon, meant to arrive last Saturday, it's now Tuesday and still no word when Hermes plan to deliver. No apology, no real reason. Hermes show no concern for their customers and ignore the reviews. I die a little inside when I see Hermes as the courier for any delivery. I honestly don't know how they get away with it?

2 weeks to deliver a parcel that should have taken 2 days and then arrived damaged ?

Absolutely shocking service. Had tracking number for 2 weeks. Still sayin the same thing. We will update you once received order. I'm waiting for car parts, self employed. Looks like I'm losing twice

My parcel was apparently delivered on 28th june. Put in a "safe place" but no card was left to say where safe place is! Hunted my whole property and its nowhere to be seen! Waited over a month for it and now its gone. Terrible delivery company

this company is a failure, the item shipped on July 1 is to be delivered on July 8 and it says 24 hours that it was supposed to be

Completely useless service. Never recieved my parcel and it says parcel has been delivered on Amazone order.

My parcel supposed to be with me on Thursday....and then on Friday morning...and then friday 19-21...and then Monday 11 am...now is monday 16 and no parcel....this is how good is hermes...every time I recive something with them is either days late or never arrive claiming they delivered

My parcel was delivered 2 days ago but I didn't know this because I had no email and I had no note left through the door. I had just contacted the seller when it occurred to me to look inside my bins. The parcels would behind one and had been there for a couple of days apparently. It's not somewhere I go and less I have a specific reason. A note who could at least have been left to tell me it was there. There are problems every time Hermes delivers. In future I think I will check with the seller who they use as the delivery company, because Hermes is the worst I've ever come across.

Hermes is where parcels go to die. I try to to buy from anyone who uses them but sometimes I get caught out. RIP my parcels.

Hermes said they attempted delivery but no one was near the address the day later I get an email to say delivery was complete I can not find my parcel I think some as taken it not happy at all

Absolutely useless, apparently came to my door and had no answer (I was in) then handed to 3 doors down and never even left a card to say where my parcel was. Luckly I have honest people in street who brought it down for me. NEVER EVER use this joke of a company
