Poor and careless people

Most inefficient delivery company ever! Can never deliver on time and when they do it's to another address. 0 out of 10 for effort.

Appalling and shameful! I sent my parcel on 24.06.2022 on 08.07.2022 I got a message that my parcel is the parcel has been damaged beyond repair, but no information on how to get it back. I wasted hours yesterday and this morning with virtual "assistant" and customer service but only get computer generated messages.

Useless. Always: delivery by Hermes ~ ‘Your package may be lost’.

This service is absolutely rubbish first date for a fake report out saying my parcel was delivered when I checked my cameras nothing was delivered and now they are late delivering my parcel.

Useless and unreliable company. Can't even process 1 parcel in a week

As usual Hermes are terrible. I’ll be asking anyone who uses them to select another courier. Takes days longer, and doesn’t move out of hubs same day as everyone else does. Look at the ratings over thousands of reviews folks. Don’t use them.

Hermes has left my plants at a locker for over two weeks fist they stated recieved parcel 22nd following week they stated they received them 27th They te porky pies.

3 attempted deliveries when there were people in the house. Instructions ignored. Order cancelled. Seriously displeased with Hermes.

Rebounding is not going to save this shoddy customers or the rudeness they show.

Hello, today my closet was delivered, but there are not enough parts for the doors and many others

Driver left parcel outside door, which is fine. But he put a card through the letterbox and failed to tick any of the boxes at all. Therefore I didn’t know if the card related to the parcel, there was nothing on the parcel to suggest ot came via Hermes. I was therefore unsure what the card meant, did it mean he’d taken another arcel back to your depot? Could he please complete the card next time, which is why you give him the cards

ordered a parcel on the 3rd and payed for next day delivery, now the 6th and still hasn’t arrived

Lost 2 expensive parcels in a week. Refused compensation, refund or even to find them even though their systems showed they had them and never tried to deliver I'll never use them again
