Parcel was meant to be delivered by Monday 11th but still no sign. Status of my parcel hasn’t changed since Friday.

I didn’t even want to put one star but you have to add something in order to submit. Awful service. Anything I look to purchase that has Hermes as the courier I will not order from.

One item for delivery has now turned into a four day event. Abysmal service.

My parcel has been with you since the 3rd July its now the 13th July and still not deliverd very poor service

Worst company! They’ve had my parcels since the 1st July, was supposed to be here on the 4th. It’s now the 12th and I haven’t heard or received anything. They’re very important expensive parcels as well so you can imagine my frustration!

I purchase a lot from eBay but if the delivery service is hermes I don’t purchase the items I go to someone else always late items normally Broken from them throwing them around as seen on the internet throwing parcels into the Van never had one delivered on time in One piece bad service don’t use

Worst company by a long shot and they know they're bad hence changing name I had a slip through door yesterday completely blank I've stayed in all day and nothing the company is a joke and disgrace to delivery companies

New name same rubbish service lost my parcel

I'll change my review if they deliver it tomorrow, as I've ordered a new mattress for my baby, and they've had it at the depot since the 6th, it was supposed to be here by the 9th. Now they're saying it will be between the 10th and 14th. Pretty shameful how long it takes to sort things out at the sorting office. But hopefully they send it by tomorrow.

This courier is the worst of the worsts! The amount of parcels they leave wherever they want is ridiculous. I wish companies would tell what courier they will be using for online orders, the moment I see Hermes is avoid! They said they said they delivered my parcel and left at the porch! I don’t have porch coz I live in the block of houses!! So my order has been delivered to whoever!! Do they ever even look at the address! Absolutely horrendous and laughable courier!!!

The driver made no attempt to deliver my parcel. My building is staffed 24hours a day. All he/she had to do is call me and somebody would have came out. Alternatively walk through the blue front door and locate the office on your left hand side of the corridor and they will take said parcel. Thank you

Here's say they have delivered my parcel today 9.07.22 yet check ring door bell no sign of a delivery guy or my parcel.. Now waiting on my item still and not heard back from hermes ridiculous need my item ASAP and now not happy rubbish service ?

Parcel left in “safe place” which was a communal hallway shared between multiple flats- while I was on holiday. The chances of it still being there when I get back are slim to none
