Always late and unreliable

They've had my parcel since 7th, should've been delivered on 11th, that never happened, then it moved to the 13th that never happened, it updated to 15th that's today, now it's saying delayed due to external factors, I think external factors is code for we've lost it.

Absolute rubbish every time, doesn't even attempt to give it to me, always leaves outside for others to steal or hands to someone else who Steals it

Why would anybody use this service I don’t know I never send with the service Every time I have to receive anything you can’t talk to anybody they don’t understand the number you’re talking into the phone to the worst service ever invented I hate hate hate it how’s that for a review

Your service is very poor. Up till now I have not received my item. You claimed you've tried 3 times in two days. It appears your delivery driver has no clue on how to deliver. Hermes shouldn't be a delivery company.

Hermes have had my parcwl since the beginning of July .. tracking number: H030EA0001151755. STILL waiting for it today, 15 July. Worst service imaginable.

Delivered parcel in next doors food waste bin. Yet again another appalling delivery.

Shocking said they tryed to deliver I was in all day now keeps saying it's out for delivery it's been saying that for the last few days should of been here for the 9th I will never buy anything again if they use these

Whatever name they give themselves, Hermes, Evri, this Company has a record of losing parcels or simply not delivering- highly recommend you use a different carroery

Item out for delivery 9.05, attempted delivery at 9.16. Nearest hermes site not 10 mins away now unless you have broken most of the laws of physics I have to assume you're a lying bunch of incompetent idiots

Normally it’s ok but was unbelievably bad service few times. You left my parcel inside compost food waste bin. Because of that my parcel smelt bad and was really disgusting. You ruined my parcel.

I supposed to receive a package from wish. Wish say that I received it yesterday. You say that I got it yesterday. And I just arrived home from holidays. Nobody was in my house. Where is my package? T00D7A0110129123 Is the tracking number

"Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible" haha, I was all day on my driveway.
