3rd time I have ordered on line and the parcels sent to Hermes. Then nothing no delivery and no update. Absolutely dreadful service should be a law against a company like you.

Hermes just dont get any better! Order my son xmas present. It took 5 days to travel 5000miles from China, but Hermes couldnt deliver the last 50m from depot in Rugby. They lost it! Now I've ordered another present and although it says its been collected by courier, Hermes tracking says they are expecting it to arrive with THEM soon. But they ALREADY HAVE IT! impossible to speak to a human! Managed by monkeys! We have had DOZENS of issues, typical is getting a message to say they tried to deliver but noone in, BUT WE WERE IN EVERYTIME! Hermes have such a bad reputation that the only good decision the management have taken is to change the company name! To try to hide their incompetence. EVRI is the new name! EVRI parcel will still be late or lost!

Ordered a parcel on the 8th july. Should have been here on the 12th in time for my gender reveal on the 15th. It’s now the 18th no parcel, no tracking…nothing. Absolutely awful service. Will not be ordering things from companies who use Hermes for delivery again.

You’ve had my parcel since 14th July. No updates since then. Why is your tracking system so inept? You’ve designed an automated customer service response that only serves to avoid you having to engage with your paying customers. The automated chat is patronising and useless. All your ways of avoiding helping your customers reinforces your reputation of being untrustworthy and unreliable. Let’s see if my package ever makes it now.

This is the worst delivery service to date. When looking at the tracking progress it shows that your parcel has arrived in the country as expected and you think you will get your parcel at the expected delivery date, but weeks even months later you never get your parcel. When doing some chasing up with the business or person you have purchased the product from, they look into it on their end and confirm that they have done everything by the book from their side. You try and call Hermes, but get an automated response saying that your call cannot be dealt with at the moment, but to check their website for help and when you do, it just shows the tracking process update. This is the worst delivery service to date and I highly do not recommend it. There are more highly better services such as DHL, UPS or some others better than Hermes. Do not use and do not trust.

You are the worst delivery company I have ever used, 1 package was found in a Bush by neighbor after saying it had been delivered, one parcel was lost in transit and yet another parcel that is yet to arrive on time, no wonder you've changed your compamny name.. Can't understand why company's use you!!!

Probably the worst delivery service in the country they cannot be bothered to contact you even though you can't contact them on several occasions for all those who work for living there I cannot sit around in the house waiting for them to deliver or contact you or arrange some sort of delivery they will not do it you talk to them they put the phone down on you absolutely disgusting

You've had my parcel since Tuesday. You advise it's bigger than expected! It's a slimline water butt not an elephant! Could fit it in my Fiat 500! You say it needs a special courier?? Juggernaut preceded by van displaying wide load signs?? Seriously ridiculous!!Friday you say you will deliver but no! Driver can't locate using Geofence.Amaxing -could ask someone or-shock horror-actually phone me. Now it's Saturday and no sign of delivery despite you claiming on Friday that you would deliver the next day! I now ask retailers if you are the courier and if you are I won't order!!Wonder if I WIll EVER get my delivery. Cancelling with retailer Monday. Shame on you Hermes/Evri.

parcels are lost or trying to deliver in the morning when I'm at work. They don't leave a contact number. I do not recommend, you may not get your package

Having read the recent reviews online I was very apprehensive about my grandsons birthday present arriving in time. However I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to track progress and my parcel arrived on the time and date stated, this morning. Very good service
