Appalling delivery services...I don't know why you are even still delivering tbh...your services are very much in a mess there is no contact details you deliver way after dates of supposedly delivery dates you make people wait so long no wonder you have so much bad reviews on your own website I ordered from amazon you delivered 1 if 2 packages even tho it was for the same thing for my garden and still havnt and my local delivery depot is actually in my own town and I can't pick up because its scheduled for delivery 3 days ago and still nothing your an absolute joke of a company you shouldn't be even aloud to deliver you should close down and never open again even if its avery that's taken over hermes your just as bad as them idiots.....

Rubbish, had my parcel since 13th, now 20th & still no sign of it. Tried to track it, nothing....

Terrible, horrible and horrible again, I didn't think there was such a delivery service here. You would set up your logistics, it's a pity that the management does not look after the staff and let everything go anywhere

Never says its posted when it has, so I now don't receive my money

Why is it every time Hermes picks up a package for me to receive, it gets lost and I have to reorder items at my expense? It's ridiculous. I'm tracking a package now from Amazon and getting nowhere. I didn't ask Hermes to deliver my packaged to me from Amazon. Where is my package? Why can't I speak to someone?

Terrible service out for delivery by 8pm 16/7 no show message delayed still waiting and no update can't talk to anyone personally to resolve the problem

STILL!!! waiting for my parcel. Amazon says courier picked up part on 11th but Hermes tracking has date of 10th with message saying they will update as soon as they've received it!!! They've had it 10days now!! Their tracking is pointless! Their customer service is non existent! Their deliveries are useless! I have NEVER had a successful delivery by Hermes in over 5YEARS! They must have a massive warehouse FULL OF LOST ITEMS!

Absolutely disgusting they got the parcel on the 14th July now 20th July still no sign of my parcel use the tracking number and all I get is there has been an unexpected delay it better get here soon the thing cost £400 were the f--k is it.

good evening . I received a ticket at the door today because I was not home. but he writes absolutely nothing on it when he comes or if he left the package somewhere! I've never had parcels from you before, what's going on

Like many others have said, online company provides a tracking number, you enter it and then nothing. I don’t have a particular problem with having stuff via Hermes, has always delivered in my case. BUT DON’T offer a tracking service, it doesn’t work

Having ordered items from Amazon, my deliveries by Hermes NEVER arrive, delay after delay until I have to claim a refund! Do NOT use Hermes!

Order delivered to wrong address apparently. My delivery is now 5 days late try and get hold of customer service is a joke. Absolute useless.. how can you deliver to the wrong address did the delivery driver not check the postcode. Absolute joke. No wonder they have a bad reputation with this type of staff. Great eye for detail.. NOT!!!!

It arrived with Hermes on 13/07/22 and was supposed to have arrived at my door by 8pm yesterday 18/07/22. No message to say why it didn't arrive. x

This Courier Company SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS always ignore notes left on front door, Just dump parcels on doorstep completely out in the open, they class a front door with a little arched roof on with no sides as a porch, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, Sometimes they don’t even knock the door or ring the doorbell if i am at home, just dump the parcel and go then it isn’t until I receive an email notification to say its been delivered to actually know its on the doorstep! Cannot submit review without rating a star ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
