No notice the parcel was being delivered. Turned up unannounced 2x when I was at work. Both times quite rude and abrupt, and hung up on me. No details were written on either if the slips.

My parcel entered their hub and never moved an inch on over a week, no help from Hermes who just claimed it was on its way, it must of entered the hub and been stolen in my opinion, had to claim money back off eBay.

I didn't think hermes/ Evri could get any worse but I have been proven wrong!!!! My order should have been with me by 8pm yesterday and yet on amazon it said the item was at the, carrier facility, all day. I received a message just after 8 saying delivery between 24th and 27th, no information as to why they were being so rude and uncooperative. I will now only order from amazon if they are doing the delivery because they atleast keep customers updated. Changing a name doesn't make any difference!!!! One star only because I wanted to post this comment.

Didn't deliver my package because "it was too sunny" , been more than two weeks late , bloody melts

I found out hermes are delivering my amazon parcel which is due on the 5th August. I do not expect to receive it on that day. Had two previous deliveries from them and received both almost two months after due date. Just kept being told to give them more time.

What a Joke this company collected my parcel from seller on the 14th July still not received it the sellers say it was collected at 12.45pm on 14th and have a tracking number but they think Hermes did not scan it when they collected it so its lost somewhere now. This is a really inferior company you cant speak to anyone in person and just go round and round in circles. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. IM NOW GOING TO TAKE A BOTTLE OF VALIUM AND WASH IT DOWN WITH A BOTTLE OF RED WINE PERHAPS THEN THINGS WILL LOOK BETTER

You are saying that you delivered to a neighbour what neighbour no card though door to say T004YA0003047900 YOU are the worst company out there for delivering ever time people use you i know it will go wrong you are crap

Parcel arrived at depot 16th July and still not arrived. No communication from Hermes about where parcel is and when it will be delivered. The item waiting for is replacement washing machine door and not been able to do anything now since. Very poor service

Delivery date and time passed, no parcel? Reading other reviews why does Amazon use this courier. Rubbish

Awful service had same message for over a week stating your parcel has been delayed. Unable to speak to anyone it's a joke

I am very disappointed with Hermes company I supposed to receive my parcel between 18th and 19th at the end of the day on the 18th it wasn't arrived, 19th I received message says your parcel is on way and later another message to inform that your parcel will be there at 8pm I came back from work at 9pm my son says mum there is not thing delivered and today is 21st you're not saying anything so I need my money right now please. Bad company

Never send parcels with this company

By far the worst delivery service ever. My heart always sinks when I see that Hermes has been selected to deliver my parcel because I know I’m probably not going to get it. I’d 0 stars out of 5 if that was an option.

Arrived at Depot on 14th July , today is 21st July, could have walked the 200+ miles and collected myself, come on sort it out , first you blame covid for poor service now the heat !
