Rubbish left parcel with neighbour no card through door no mention as to which neighbour it was left with the worst parcel delivery service by far!!

Waiting on a parcel for a month saying its due to bad weather there's no bad weather 2 days of hot weather get a grip they've been delivering my partners parcels so it ain't due to any bad weather

Been let down with your delivery services on numerous occasions now and with ridiculous excuses! I’m waiting for a delivery since the 17/18th of July and no further communication other than what I see it’s at your hub! Shocking service and communication with customers is terrible don’t know how they are still in business!?

It would be nice if you’d actually knock on the door before putting parcel somewhere. Its pissing it down and now all parcels soaked and I was in all day.

Service is rubbish, I’m sure if people had a choice who delivers parcels to them it wouldn’t be this lot!! Absolute joke.

2 different parcels off 2 different sellers in 2 different locations on Ebay were sent by Hermes. BOTH PARCELS DELAYED BY HERMES POSSIBLY MISSING Why this company is still allowed to operate in the UK baffles me. Worst courier company ever

Absolute rubbish used twice and par el lost twice

Without doubt the worst parcel delivery service ever !!! Tracking details on website are a joke, deliveries are never on time, sometimes stretching to several weeks late, or they'll message you to say your parcel has been lost. No idea why senders still use this farce of a company, or how they manage to organise themselves to a point where they can stay in business !!!

I still haven’t received my package and it’s been weeks, such a rubbish service why does it take so long??!!

So Sunday when my pack i wasn't at home. They bring today and i don't know when because i was at home but i didn't hear the door. I just looking on Hermes site to see when my delivery come and i see driver make a picture to the wall.. No my pack in the picture but is write my delivery is there. There where? To the wall? So i dont have my delivery.. Is lost or.. I don't know.

Honestly this has to the worst delivery company ever

Not happy at all, i only knew my package had been delivered when I went on Amazon to track my delivery, no card had been put through my door to say it had been delivered, very poor customer service.

Left order with Amazon on the 13 July, picked up by Hermes on the 14 July, Delivery Day on the 21 July. Still waiting on the 25 July.

How can it take you over a month to return package to the seller you’re delaying my refund!
