What a load of rubbish, lost the parcel before it even got to the depot!!

My parcel was due on 23/7 and the tracking shows an attempt at 9.27pm on Saturday 23/7. I was in and no attempt was made. No other attempt has been made since that date and the tracking app does not show any update.

Absolutely tragic delivery company Total waist your of time never leave card to say tried to deliver or can you get in contact with Hermes don’t know how your poor company is still going stay well clear people better off with another reputable company to deliver your goods

After an unprecedented number of bad reviews. Hermes changed their name to Evri. Haha. Evri delivery late. Evri delivery poor. Evri is Evri body’s most reviled delivery company.

This company is a complete waste of time been waiting for my parcel for days just keep getting told its delayed will never use this company again I'm amazed its still in business

Took my return to shop last Friday and it was picked up Saturday and Sunday it was being processed at hub and since Monday it's been delayed and it's now Wednesday,where is it ?

Returned 2parcels 9days ago but doesn't recognize tracking no so still can't get my refund from companies I have returned to Absolute joke of a company

Rubbish as usual, it took days for me to get the item sent, then I waited in all day until the 8pm cut off, the said it was running late, then they said they'd tried to deliver @ 5:59pm (I was home & waiting, there was no delivery), then they said it was on hold & to contact Hermes but didn't provide any contact info. I came to the hermes site & apparently the item is bigger than anticipated so they've had to do something else (don't know what), however the tracking info is still showing its coming today on the site so who knows if I'm even gonna get it. The item is a cat litter tray, I cannot see how this is too big for any car

Every time someone ships Hermes there is a problem. Every time. I wouldnt ship a bag of crisps with this company.

The worst delivery firm in the world. Should be forcibly disbanded.

you do not send any notification of what time the package will be delivered. I can't stay all day and wait for you. the first time no one gave the address, but you reflected that you were coming! I was at home at the time! leave no note about your visit! there are always problems with you!
