This is the first time using Hermes and it's something I need for work and gotta say I ain't impressed get told at the last minute that my parcel is going to be 2/3 late

In depot ready for delivery 22nd now 1st Aug still not delivered ! How they exist name change or not is beyond me !

Like everyone else no parcel and a week late and still waiting

2 parcels, 1 week. Delivered to neighbor with no indication which one. No note or missed you card. I have no idea where the package is

No parcel arrived. No update on delivery even though its 3 days past delivery date

What a waste of space, contact them on the number provided to find out where my item is to be told “ no darling where not deliveries” What is deliveries number then please… “Don’t know darling” then hangs up on me…

Late delivery asusal. The name change did nothing for your bad name. Same old hermes. Still waiting on my item, 2 days late with no communication. I do state no hermes deliverys for this reason poor service, poor attitude, poor customer service, trying to claim for a hermes smashed item, which i've experianced on more then a 5+ occasions AVOID AVOID AVOID

Omg been waiting for over a week for a parcel that was supposed to be next day delivery, really bad service. I won't be buying anything else that is to be delivered by hermes/ evri
