Poor service, I was at home for 2 days but they kept saying your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour. No neighbour has received this parcel.

one word, useless! The drivers are useless, the depots are useless, the website is useless, the phone number is useless, the live (robot) chat is also useless and the information is useless! Found out that my parcel had been stolen by a Hermes delivery driver and has a habit of doing do to many customers but nothing was sorted. Cheap labour employing foreigners, says it all really. My advice to anyone in this country, STAY AWAY FROM HERMES!!! (EVRI)

There are better services available that actually deliver the item you give them. This is a faceless company that cannot give a consistent service.

Disgraceful rubbish service. I left a note to put parcel in safe place and the f'in courier did not leave it. Do these drivers read English. Now they stating I have to wait an entire week for re-delivery. Just ridiculous.

Rubbish service . Get full money for second day service. But we still wait for parcel today 5th day nearly finish. Waste of money

I have absolutely no problems when small parcels are being delivered but I do find there are issues with big items. I know my local small parcel delivery person and she is always very professional and on time

Bloody awful the tracking does not get updated and delivery is painfully slow. This is the worst delivery service out there. Just because you change your name your service is still substandard
