Absolutely shocking!! Parcel 5 days late, no explanation. It’s an EBay purchase, so as far as the seller is concerned, they have done there part. No way of finding out where my parcel actually is as the phone number is useless for Hermes.

Never deliver in the timeframe stated. My parcel has been sat in the sender's local depot since 3rd August with no indication of when it will be out for delivery. So there 2 to 3 working day cycle is rubbish.

Third time now a parcel has 'got lost', never arrived, missing what do sellers use Hermes it must cost them a fortune!

This is terrible, no updates very poor behaviour and service

Don't expect your parcel to turn up on time. Mine is currently 4 days late and still not out for delivery!

Parcel was left in a ‘secure location’ next to the front door in plain sight. It had disappeared by the time I got back. They didn’t even bother to leave a card to say it had been delivered. I only found out they had left it outside three days later. Is there a zero-star option?

Parcel gone missing

So much just doesn't turn up ,my last three deliveries to different addresses haven't been delivered

Absolutely terrible since evri changeover. I run a business and have stopped using them

Never deliver on time and most of the time don't even attempt to deliver. Supposed to attempt delivery the following working day and that never seems to happen either. Most useless courier I've ever known.

Always good service and kept well informed

Since this company has changed to evri it's useless the parcels go missing don't arrive on time tracking on the app is way behind useless need to buck up and get moving

Parcel delayed for a week. They send me to the sender who sends me back to them. Grrrrrr

12 times items thrown over fence one was a £300 limited edition glass vase been to office in Lincoln with cctv of driver doing it and leaving parcels else where with no clue saying item securely delivered to back door I have 6 ft fence cctv n dog how hell driver got threw that last week driver again not bothering to walk 20 meters to my front door took it upon her self to return item to seller saying customer did it shocking disgusting service no human to call in customer service just a stupid automated line waiting on consumer advice people to retrieve info and case against them
