As per usual took a parcel yesterday morning and now next day at 18.42 still says we have got it not collected 36 hours ridiculous

I have bought many items on Amazon which have been delivered by various delivery carriers. I have to say that Hermes have definitely got to be the worst in my opinion. Especially with the lack of updating on their parcel tracking system. Always says that they have it but then absolutely nothing else for days.

Parcel was at the local delivery depot over 24hrs ago..........and its still there!! Why would it not be out for delivery the following day? Terrible

Third game a parcel hasn't turned up, still waiting for package that should have been here last Thursday 4th Aug.

Absolutely shocking as always! Parcel been at depot since 30 July. Now list apparently! Why do suppliers continue to use them as ruining their own reputation. If the rating option was available this would be -*

When I find the seller has shipped with Hermes/Evri I panic. The poorest tracking in the UK. Having had 30 years in Parcels with leading Companies, it beggar's belief how they get away with this poor poor service.

This is unacceptable this company recieved my parcel on 3rd August it's now the 10th all tracking says is accepted by hermes gateway when you phone the company up its always automated even though online says you can speak to a person

You received my package on the 1st of August it is now the 10th of August where are my goods

Worst delivery service ever. They don't ring. They don't knock. They arrive an hour outside the delivery timed when I wait in. I home work so am always here. They are the worst courier service in the entire world ever.

Shocking again meant to recieve parcel today at 8pm, didn't recieve it. now saying you should receive parcel between 10/12. if not claim refund. poor service.

Every delivery I recieve is delivered only 2 days after ordering it. Never had a problem what so ever with either Hermes or Evri. Great service ??

The poorest service I have ever had the misfortune to have to use as the company I purchased a product from used Hermes ( they have changed their name but not poor service) unable to communicate with a human online or on the telephone. Emailed the CEO of the company but he can't be bothered to reply either. Bet they take clients money better that they deliver parcels!
