Very poor delivery service had nothing put issues with them

As always, terrible service. This will be the 3rd parcel they've lost.

Would never trust these cowboys!! Complete Waste of time and if you ever actually receive goods at all!!!

The worst courier company on the planet whatever you call yourselves

There should be a facility to leave negative stars. Received an email to tell me that my parcel which had been sat in my ”local delivery depot” for four days had been delivered successfully, along with a picture of my parcel dumped outside our farm gate on a country lane 200m from the house. Arranged to return the parcel. Get an email at 0953 to tell me it would be collected between 1630 & 1730. Three minutes later at 0956 I get an email saying they have just tried to collect the parcel but know one was in! To top it all there is no way to contact anyone about there farcical service.

Most unreliable service order over 2 weeks late why any one still uses this company when I order and see its delivered through this I know its getting here late or not at all

Worst delivery service. Wonder why it's even in business when it doesn't deliver parcels. Can never use it again. It was my first time sending something through Hermes and I regret it. Should have just delivered my parcel through the Deutsche Post.

Not even worth a star! No note, parcel left in a rubbish bag, no confirmation of delivery recieved. And bin men took the bag! Absolutely, lazy, rubbish company.

The worst delivery service. There is always an issue with delivering parcels. We are a public house with 2 entrances and they still cannot find access. Service is a disgrace

Nothing ever gets delivered, worse drivers ever with 0 responsibility. No one to speak to about your lost item

Ordered an item from a shopping channel on the 30/7/22, parcel arrived at the hub 1/8/22. I’m still waiting, what a lousy service.
