Thectracking shows delivered but it was never recieved...they are insisting it was and have signature but forged

This company is a nightmare. Emailed delivery scheduled for that day at morning. By late afternoon another email saying cancelled till next working day. Took a week for something that should have Been 48hrs. Don't know who is running this outfit but it needs a real good shake up.

I ordered 28th July, the tracking has been amazing. My parcel has had a real adventure in China it seems, three days flying. Last night the latest update said "cleansed parent" WHAT? I thought I'd try looking on the phone totally different, to day the update says, on its way to you. ??The tracking has been.... Fun, I think. Hope the shoes fit. Going to be an anti climax when they do arrive.

Like others have mentioned in their reviews, my heart also sank when I learned that the company I'd purchased from uses Hermes/Evri as couriers. Based on previous experience I was certain that something was going to go wrong. And I've been proven correct. Despite having had updates from Amazon to tell me that my items have been despatched, the Hermes tracker is still insisting that they're "looking forward to receiving your parcel", which I take to mean that Hermes haven't yet collected my package, but Amazon think that they have. I know who my money is on to be correct! If I'd have known before ordering that Hermes was going to be involved in this delivery, then I would have chosen to buy from a company who did not use Hermes!

My heart sank when I found out my parcel was being sent with these clowns, will I get it it's a flip of a coin really if I had known I wouldn't have shopped with the company. Had so many bad experiences with Hermes NO STARS AND HOPE THEY HO BANKRUPT AND END THE MISERY

Very poor service 9 days late and I still waiting for my parcel. :( ###

I have lived at my address for 27 years never have I had a problem with a delivery driver not being able to get to my house. Unbelievable excuse for not delivering.

So unprofessional, order taking so long to arrive they kept saying that they came out to deliver the item but was no one there to receive it even though is a business address and we're always there 6 day a week!!!!!
