ordered 2 months ago was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago, for my holiday never came and never got a refund.

Absolutely rubbish delivery service

Total rubbish you wait you wait and wait tracking is rubbish i would never use to send any thing but I can not stop ebay sellers sending items at my cost to me sill waiting for an item they had had for ages not the best firm to use a d changing the trading name has not made it better

Bad delivery service

Terrible service ? I live in a block of flats and my parcel was delivered to a neighbour, that's ok but the card was NOT pushed through my letter box but left at the bottom of stairs and I live top floor. The card left on a windowsill by the front door which could have been lost plus the card was blank no info of who the parcel belonged to or what number it was left!!! not a happy bunny

Total rubbish you wait you wait and you wait and the tracking is not a lot if good for the money they charge its very very very poor service will never use them to send Any thing sadly I can not stop ebay sellers sending me item using this rubbish service even though I pay the postage best avoid if you can

It’s says you attempted delivery when you didn’t. There’s nothing showing on my security camera. I have been home all day.

Ordered from amazon on 5th August...arrived at hermes on the 7th August....still waiting on the 17th August...would say its a joke company...but it ain't funny

This is a joke I was meant to have my package in Saturday 13th August it is now Wednesday 17th August still no package no update nothing this is a ridiculous getting now

Purchased something from eBay. Followed tracking info. Received 1 message showing delivery would be made on a particular date, but when I went onto the tracking details it showed item was not yet with courier nor out for delivery. Went out. Checked back a few hours later and saw the tracking detail update message stating attempted delivery at 2 hrs earlier, a short while after I left home. Tracking info I initially saw was not updated in real time and provided conflicting info with the message received. They should try and redeliver later today. Hermes is the only courier I ever experience issues with.

Useless parcel picked uo the 9th still waiting for delivery on the 18th.
