Complete and utter garbage I don't know how this company makes a profit

You know its going to delivered late or lost when you know hermes is delivering your item

The drivers doesn't bother to deliver your package or contact you. Is the second time when i used them and the same issues 'unable to deliver' - very frustrated and always i recommended DPD

Couldn’t be bothered and missed delivery and item not with us for weekend

Expected delivery date was between Monday 8th and Monday 15th. But still nothing has come and it's now the 19th. Nothing has been updated on the tracking information since the 2nd. This is a very poor service. I would like for my stuff to be delivered and everyone else's too. Not happy

This company is rubbish they keep your parcels there and deliver days late what a crap service

Failed again. Tomorrow is day 15. I cannot put into writing my disbelief at this Courier's ineptitude.

Waiting for a parcel to be delivered yet nothings been updated on thier system since Monday it's now Thursday and delivery day is today and I've had no updates
