Parcel was ment to being here yesterday Then I message say it be here by 8 pm it 8 30pm what it come snail speed actual update propley I paid frist class deliver do not expect this

Bad service didn't even knock (never do just lately) , chucked over the back gate in the rain!

Package last week computer parts thrown over back gate in the rain. It would have gone through the letter box. Since then 2 more parcels thrown over back gate. Is your delivery driver afraid of letter boxes?

Parcel should have arrived by the 23rd what a joke and poor customer service

They came between the times they provided but then took a photo of my drive gate which was closed and left instead of opening the gate for people and dropping it off then. My parcel is now late and I can’t get through to any advisors.

Just too slow package has been at the dept 4 days still no delivery date available!

Disgraceful and non existent customer service ! Don’t use! Yodel much more reliable.

Very bad service. Never come on time and ldeceives customers that he is trying to deliver the package and the courier does not show up at the destination at all.

Driver does not knock and in hurry to take item bad services at times leave card and leave items with number

Left a paper but nothing written on it. When i checked online, it says it was delivered to my neighbor but doesn't say which house no. Tried to contact customer service but unable to reach them. Now i have to ask the whole neighborhood if they receive any package for me.

It's been 5 days, was supposed to be delivered in 2, I have no emails or information. Tracking is stuck at the same point

Hermes or their new name are consistently late both in collecting oarcrls from sender but in delivery too. My parcel due between 1th and 20th.of August. Now 21st. August and no estimated delivery date, or time. This is consistently poor service

Absolute waste of time. What a way to run a business. Don't use if you want your parcel to arrive and want to keep your customers.
