Not received parcel but on app sowing me delivered on save location where is that?

So I order from USA to UK regularly from eBay sales. They shop using there global shipping program. Once it's in UK they give to Royal mail or this lot. Your tracking is up to date no problems at all but when it comes to Hermes they are not even showing as received this is 5 days after the handover from eBay global shipping. Really really poor service updates As it's a lucky dip in a way which company eBay gives there package to (but one thing is for certain and it's not just me by reading a lot of these reviews.reviews) I would never in a million years send my stuff via this company. After all the negative reviews why is the head of this company not coming down on his executives like a ton of bricks after all it's costing them untold amounts of money in lost revenue to . I think the smoke and mirrors thing is the change of names to Evri as Hermes has such a grotesque public image. There CEO and there board needs sacking as for a multinational company this is totally unexceptionable.

We were in our garden when your driver apparently tried to deliver our parcel. Very poor service

Porch door was open sign on the door stating if not in leave in garden hut which door was unlocked. We were also in the house never left a card.

I don't now how people can trust you

Card through letter box stating sorry we missed you, no other details completed on card. Driver didn’t even attempt to find me I was in the garden. Absolutely useless

Unfortunately you have to rate one star or it doesn’t let you submit a review! Or it would of been a straight forward ZERO STARS! dreadful service can’t speak to a actual human lost two of my parcels this week!! Needed urgently terrible service I wouldn’t bother with this company disgraceful should be closed down!!
