Never even put my recent parcel through transit. Most of my other parcels have been "lost". This company is an unreliable joke.

Late delivery rubbish tracking usual Hermes

Should have been delivered by 8th don't hold out much hope when we realised it was Hermes delivering. What a joke after paying 4.99 for delivery... big disappointment.

Don't know how your geting awesome reviews personally I think your sh.t sick of going on tracking saying your delivering then your not then you are waited in 4 days now what a joke of a company I would give you minus 5

States attempted to deliver. Rubbish, I was waiting sat by the window waiting, no van or car came any where near the house or near by.

Utterly rubbish service, can't believe you guys are still in business.... Do I really have to rate one star for this service?

Was supposed to be next day delivery and its 3rd day not even out for delivery. Now my son cant goto school. Get a grip hermes you should want to get 5 star rating. If i could give below one star rating then i would.

When you pay £5.99 for the next day delivery service if you order before 11pm it should be there i am now waiting for the 2nd day can't get in touch with hermes and boohoo say bare with them.....well no you should not state and charge people for next day and yhen do not deliver with no forwarding delivery date its disgusting!!!

My parcel was supposed to come on the 26th. It’s the 8th.

Not worth one star nevermind five my heart sank when I saw that this joke of a company were delivering the items I had ordered . 7 messages each one with a different delivery time then a message saying they had delivered to my address at 3.10pm . Well wherever they have delivered them to it certainly isn't to my address Unfortunately my grandson won't be getting his birthday presents on his birthday thanks hermes you have made me look a right idiot..

Parcel was ordered end of May. Supposed to arrive last weekend. Unable to trace it with the tracking number Hermes sent. It is not the first time this has happened.

My parcel has been with them a week. They don’t update their tracking. Completely useless company

Parcel supposed to come 26th May it's now 8th June and still nothing and going on tracker is a waste of time. Don't know how there still in business

Delivery states parcel left in secure porch, Firstly I do not have a secure porch and secondly I was not home to sign or accept any delivery, the item due for delivery was an expensive item. Not the first time this had happened and clearly an issue as my tracking number apparently do not match my postcode.. Something definitely up with this delivery company, a huge disappointment once again

Absolutely rubbish couriers. Should be put out of business!
