I payed for next day delivery I expect it to arrive!

Pathetic useless worst excuse of a delivery company don't deliver parcels employees probely stealing them worst customer service ? shocking soul destroying delivery services provided

Parcel was lost not only once but a couple of times. Terrible updating (or not at all) so if you have info that you should expect to get a parcel within 7-13 that means you will get it on the last day or not at all. Horrible service. Hope this time will get my parcel on time without problems!

Rubbish delivery company ?

I was told my parcel was delivered, would be nice if they actually knocked on my door and if they would of left a card telling me where they have just dumped it. Luckily my neighbour messaged me so they are doing Hermes job for them. I've bee generous with a 1 star

The company that loves to leave the delivery smack in front of the door, so it can get stolen by anyone walking past. If I didn't know any better, I would think the driver just has a friend pick up the delivery seconds after a picture has been taken. With the words 'Safe location'. Worst delivery company. Use anyone else.

I have been informed that you have attempted delivery I am here and you have not I have camera on house you haven't been here you say my drive is not accessible which is stupid it's an open drive across front of my house so I also know you haven't pulled up on the road either. You have also apparently tried and failed to deliver it over half an hour into the future which I am at a loss to explain. I am seriously considering stopping ordering anything that uses Hermes for deliveries as I am fed up with the appalling service you provide Why is there no option for - 5 stars

Hermes is the reason I cry myself to sleep

I've used Hermes for years with very few problems but since Evri took it over it's rubbish. Failed to deliver to one of their own drop off shops, said they couldn't find it!!! Parcel now missing???

It’s been abt 10 days since it was supposed to be delivered and I haven’t heard a word from the company at all
