Incompetent conpany. Things either stolen or never arrive

How the hell can you cancel someone delivery on last minute when I'm here all day waiting on the package cause I needed it today......this ain't good at all

Parcel not delivered and no information on the web site

Hermes. The delivery company that doesn't deliver.

Completely incompetent company. The driver say try delivery to me my parcel at 14:55 but it as 13:30 how it’s possible ? And first day take the picture from my door but don’t knock . Ridiculously

Real bad company. From 4 days I wait my stuff and never arrive, the driver just put in the app . Him been here and no one at home our no safe place . So ridiculously because I was at home all the time . Real bad experience.

Parcel been at their depot 5 days now apparently and was supposed to arrive 4 days ago, utterly useless

Just find another courier, didn’t update the site to let me know what time they were coming, then I stayed down stairs all day waiting and no body came only to be greeted with the fact the courier did turn up, but only took a photo didn’t knock

Honestly I have recurring issues with Hermes. My parcels are left in “secured places” that are clearly NOT safe like the pavement next to my house. My parcel has been stolen again for something I really need. Also I have had messages from Hermes/Evri saying I wasn’t at home when I saw the delivery truck and the driver had not even tried knocking. Shocking service. I never use them where I can. If know that Amazon is using them I’ll think twice. I’ll buy somewhere else and avoid this service at all costs.

The waste service has no responsibility for the date and time of sending the package. I sent an email about Hermes to ebay. After three times of irresponsibility of this company, before buying anything from eBay, I ask the seller that if you send the package by Royal Mail, I am ready to buy it.

The worst delivery company going drivers do care where they deliver your parcel I never use hermes so why do other people they are c##p

2 days and my parcel cannot be tracked

Parcel was due on 27th, hermes said they tried delivery on 26th but failed delivery? Strange as my daughter was in all day. 27th same, i checked neighbours cctv. Daughter still in. 28th no show but hermes again updated failed delivery. 29th 1 box arrived.....useless as all fittings in box 2. Now no answer or update? Shocking! Glad I don't use these at our company or we'd have no customers by now!

Waiting over a week for a next day delivery and still waiting. Dont use hermes

I'm waiting for a parcel that should have been delivered on 23rd May 2022-I am sorely dissapointed with Hermes.
