Always have great service.

Often late, I’ve had items dumped on the doorstep in the past, dumped in the bin. Had a long too and fro with Zavvi recently over a parcel that it transpired Hermes had dumped in my blue bin. No card or info stating they’d done so. My heart sinks whenever I learn they’ve been used as a parcel delivery service. Poor.

Sent a parcel and the wrong item got delivered to buyer. Terrible customer service. Last 3 parcels have been lost

Unfortunately my parcel was supposed to be delivered by Saturday (yesterday) and as of now, is not even in transit...disappointing to gave no information from Hermes.

We were in but no knock on door or call. It just says dropped at porch….no parcel here!

not true nobody came to the door you are your worst courier delivery company steal packages to people and say that nobody answered the door but at least they do not come to the door

Received email that parcel had been delivered to a secure location. With no picture to show where they had left it and no card through my letter box to say where it was.but the time it say they dropped it off I was in and been in all morning. My parcel was a large item.so can't really miss someone walking in my garden with it.can't find any information other than it's been delivered. I can only think it's been delivered to the wrong address.these people need to learn how to read.stop using idiots

Courier’s leaves without calling? If people not at home , they just leave. Please , start calling when you are at the adresses. Thank you

Bad details all times

Paid for next day! Been a week!!! Email said tried to deliver which was a lie,then another just after saying delivery between 3-5 another lie, and tracking not updated since 6 days ago!! I've never known such a useless company in my life, if I could give minus rating I would!!!! Do not buy from sports direct as they use this pile of rubbish for deliveries.

Yet another parcel lost! Worst delivery service ever! I don't order from companies who use Hermes!

Totally and utterly rubbish service. Most parcels sent by supplier are returned by Hermes/Evri as the cannot be bothered to deliver. Just had a parcel delivered to an address 250+ miles away. How can that happen when postcodes are unique??!! With a hit rate of around 1 in 10 parcels delivered I would never recommend Hermes/Evri to anyone.
