In the past our deliveries have be ok, but now last 2 parcel ive been expecting have gone miss always say we are expecting it but never turns up ?

If its not lost its stolen and certainly not on time do not use very poor service

Honestly the worst delivery service around but seems to be the main one most companies use! Constantly losing packages, late deliveries. I do a lot of online shopping and as soon as I see they’re using Hermes I dread it because I just know it’s going to be terrible. My local drivers are rude, incompetent and leave packages out in the rain or on my doorstep for anyone to take.

I had no message to give me a delivery time slot. My mother heard somebody open the front door and a scuffling noise in the hall. I went to check and found my package ! No door knock or even a shout. This is totally unacceptable

never delivered any parcel for last 10 years, avoid like a plague

The delivery driver trows the parcel box over the fence and damaged the orders then taking photos and thinks its funny not happy

Do not send anything with this company!!!! I sent a package in March worth 75£ Lego set to an ebay buyer. I bought the insurance/the compensation if something happen. We are in May and parcel never arrived!! I had to refund the ebay buyer and I heard nothing from this company! I opened a case which the customer service is an useless robot. Evri is the worst company I have ever deal with! I still wait for answers or replies to my emails and calls!!! So don't sent anything with this!!!

I will go out my way to order elsewhere if I know my parcel will be sent via Hermes. Waited a week will get a refund next week rated 0
