Unpopular opinion; but I've never had an issue with Hermes. They have always delivered my packages on time and their delivery drivers have always been very friendly. Their tracking system isn't the best. But it's also not the worst. It just lacks real time tracking.

Dreadful service! Why do Company's continue to use you HERMES! Drivers say they ring the bell but they don't, parcels damaged & the latest is that an Amazon Delivery bring delivered by HERMES was collected on 13/05 then just disappeared. Its a 12.5KG bag of bird seed so not exactly a small parcel. Stolen it yet again!

Hermes tracking and service is a total abortion.

Was told you attempted to deliver parcel on the 12th of May the property as a camera fitted no hermes courier came that day nor the next still not had my parcel? not happy WHERE IS MY PARCEL

My parcel should have arrived on 17th May and I'm still waiting for it. Why do people still use this?

Marked as delivered but absolutely no sign of it. Disgrace. Worst delivery company out there

Very unreliable always make excuses up saying different things from one day until the next and they seem to loose items that have been bought from amazing very poor delivery service

Hermes delivery is a joke. I haven't had any update on my parcel and it was mean to arrive 18th May 22. No joke but how can any company use your service with the reviews on here. Hermes delivery company needs to shape up

Rescheduled until later today. Now saying Rescheduled again but the times are missing. Very disappointing as the parcel was needed for an event taking place tomorrow.

Absolutely useless! Two parcels lost in the ether, with no way of finding out where or how! One parcel has photo evidence of delivery,but the parcel on view is definitely not mine .both are very distinctive. Bike wheel diameter canvas bag with Campagnolo logo in silver graphics!

The parcel has been collected and 3 days later it’s still being sorted at the senders depot. Disgraceful.
