I've been using Hermes for a number of years and you do sometimes get your parcel and sometimes they do deliver your parcel BUT when they get lost and that happens very often it's a nightmare trying to make a claim because it's impossible to get hold of them

I'm still whating for my delivery how long take come a joke naw

So, Hermes will give me regular tracking updates will they? Will they heck! Quite why companies would wish to trash their reputations by using this awful courier is beyond me.

I dread seeing my parcel is being delivered by hermes its about 50/50 that the package arrives and if it does its most likely late or damaged. Thanks for the outstanding service hermes ?

Tracking package is non existent. No communication, can’t see where my parcel is since Tuesday?

Delivered around the time that was expected. But hid in a safe place that took me 3 days to find after asking for proof of delivery, even though I apparently sighed for it.

5 days and still didn't get my intem, and it's in the hub neer my home for 4 days

Parcel didn't even arrive

While my item was fine, the box looked like it had been thrown around and was placed upside down on my my doorstep and the tracking didn't even state a new time when it updated. Not impressed at all

If I could leave zero stars i would. Useless tracking if it says we have your parcel and 4 days after it was due to be delivered it still just says we have your parcel. I know you have it, can I have it please??

You have no control over what day or time. Your parcel will be delivered next week...sometime. Don't bother contact us because you can't. I did however get my parcel.

I’ve use these for three parcels this week and they’ve been epic

I’m still waiting on a delivery that was due last week I’ve just read all the reviews and I’m shocked and fear this delivery will never turn up my daughters wedding in at the beginning of June and have no dress with I order over a month ago I’m very upset due to your poor service why on earth do companies use you service is beyond me I’ve yet to see a good review I don’t even want to rate any stars but you won’t let me submit my review without a given you a star feel so let down.
